If only - a better relationship with regret
A one-hour live Zoom class with Padraig O’Morain — Tuesday 12 October, 7–8pm
Video and audio recordings and notes included
Psychologists say we start to feel regret around six years of age . You don't need a psychologist to tell you regrets accumulate as we get older.
A good relationship with regret is important to our life satisfaction. It can help us to do better in the future, and to honour what's good in the past. Becoming overwhelmed by regrets can destroy happiness.
In this workshop we will look at cultivating a healthy attidue towards regret. We will learn some helpful practices we can use to help with this very common human feeling.
I use a donation model so you pay what feels right. Choose €35, €25, or another amount that suits you. Whether you attend live or not, everyone who books receives exactly the same class, recording, audio and notes.
The event is presented by myself, Padraig O’Morain. I have been practising mindfulness since the late 1980s and my aim is to make mindfulness accessible in everyday life. I have had a number of books published in various countries and languages.
The event will be recorded and all who book will receive links to the video and audio recordings as well as to notes. Payment is by donation.
