The one-hour event went by quickly. It was relaxing, insightful, and enjoyable, made all the more special by the international group of participants. Padraig is a skillful and compassionate teacher. – M Gan, St Louis, USA [*Note: this event will be for 1hr 15minutes]
An informative session, delivered in an easy and relaxed manner. – T Cleary, Dublin, Ireland.
I have been to your course, Padraig and I’m reading your books and doing your online courses as well. I’ve found them all to be insightful and delivered with ease. They are definitely changing my outlook on life for the better. – H Ogilvie, Northern Ireland
In this one-hour and 15 mins event, we will look at affirmation and mantras, at the research about them and how they affect brain and behaviour, and of course we will look at specific affirmations you may wish to adopt.
We will do some breathing exercises which will include affirmations (not out loud).
Later I will email material to help you to apply what you learn. This will include a link to an edited (so that participants are not identified) video of the event. I will also send you notes and, later, an additional email to remind you of its main points.
I have practised mindfulness since the late 1980s, have taught mindfulness throughout Ireland and in London, have demonstrated mindfulness on ITV, RTE and TV3 and have had books on mindfulness published in several countries and several languages. These include Kindfulness – be a true friend to yourself with mindful self-compassion and Acceptance – Create change and move forward. My aim is to make mindfulness and related approaches easily accessible to people in their everyday lives.
What you learn will be enough to enable you to enjoy the benefits of its lessons in your life, starting straight away.
