I have practised mindfulness since the late 1980s, have taught mindfulness throughout Ireland and in London, have demonstrated mindfulness on ITV, RTE and TV3 and have had books on mindfulness published in several countries and several languages. These include Kindfulness – be a true friend to yourself with mindful self-compassion and Acceptance – Create change and move forward. My aim is to make mindfulness and related approaches easily accessible to people in their everyday lives.
A broader knowledge of mindfulness in therapeutic work and also in your own life. A CPD certificate will be provided to those who complete the course.
