Easy Mindfulness - my approach
I believe in teaching mindfulness methods that anybody can bring into their lives even if they are very busy or if they don't want to do long meditations.
In my own life, I have found this to be an approach that has served me well for more than 25 years. During that time I have worked as a journalist, as a psychotherapist, as a trainer, and as an author of many books. I combined these activities with my role as a parent.
In other words, the mindfulness techniques and mindfulness exercises that I use have been tested in everyday living and working conditions.
That is why I am confident they will be of help to you.
