“I really enjoyed this morning. So nice to just stop and breathe.” L.D. (Ireland, email)
“I am delighted to have been able to attend today’s event.” A.G.S. (Spain, email)
“I thoroughly enjoyed your event this morning and was copiously note taking when I wasn’t doing the mindfulness exercises.” P.R. (UK, email)
We will do three simple exercises to help you cultivate gratitude.
I explain how adding gratitude deliberately into your day can make such a difference to your well-being.
You will hear about the benefits of gratitude for lowering stress and improving relationships.
Later I will email material to help you bring gratitude into your life. This will include an edited (so that participants are not identified) video of the event.
I have practised mindfulness since the late 1980s, have taught mindfulness throughout Ireland and in London, have demonstrated mindfulness on ITV, RTE and TV3 and have had books on mindfulness published in several countries and several languages. These include Kindfulness – be a true friend to yourself with mindful self-compassion. My most recent book is Daily Calm – 100 daily reminders to help you build the mindfulness habit. My aim is to make mindfulness and mindful self-compassion easily accessible to people in their everyday lives.
What you learn will be enough to enable you to enjoy the benefits of gratitude in your life, starting straight away.
